The contact form
The form asks for a name, an email address, an optional phone number and a message. Submitting it checks those fields and can open an email to Christo Fourie. The page does not keep a copy.

Why we would use personal information
If a form service is connected later, the purpose is to answer the enquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence.
